Top Ten Priority Report $150
The “Top Ten” priority report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra assistance. This is a customized report focusing on the top ten important items the seller should immediately complete to increase both the value and the sale of the home.

'Do it Yourself' Action Plan $225
The “Do it yourself” action plan is an extensive multi page report detailing all of the actions a Model Perfect Staging consultation would take to transform your home (up to 2000 sq.ft)

Half Day Staging $300(up to 4 hours)
This is for the house that is almost ready to show. We will improve furniture arrangement, placement of pictures and accessories. We will make each room warm and inviting to the buyer through emotional connection points. We will work with what you currently have an incorporate other pieces as needed to further enhance the pictures for marketing purposes. You will also receive a detailed list of any follow-up work that needs to be completed.

Full Day Staging $500 (up to 8 hours)
This service is for those homes that need a little more attention. We spend a full day making dramatic changes to your home. You won’t believe the total transformation that can occur after just one day. At the end of the day you will have show-ready home, photos for your agents, and a detailed list of purchases you can make to complete the look.

Full Service Staging (Price set on the project)
Many homeowners select this option because they just don’t have the time to take on the task of preparing their home for sale. Our Full service option is based on size of the project and budget of the homeowner. Every aspect of the home gets the attention it deserve..............curb appeal, furniture placement, possible repairs, overcrowding and clutter will all be taken care of.

Realtors

Redesign and Move-In services
Congratulations! Now that you’ve found your new home, move in with the help of Successfully Staged to Sell. Let us help reduce the stress of moving by creating a plan for furniture arrangement in your new home. This service will allow for a smoother moving day and to have comforts of an arranged home sooner.

Shopping Service $75 per hour
We will create a budget and shop for the accessories that serve as an investment in your home and future homes to come. Just by purchasing simple, inexpensive pieces the look of the room can drastically be transformed.
